Job summary

Seety, a fast-growing Belgian mobility scale-up, seeks a Finance & Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO. You will own finance, operations and HR, transforming data into strategic insights and building scalable processes to support rapid growth.

You will lead cash flow, budgeting, reporting and financial controls while partnering on new products and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and timely decision-making. This is a hands-on, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting or a finance-focused operations role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and documents.
• Ability to verify important figures, payments and documents.
• Strong understanding of accounting, cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous, proactive and able to raise potential issues.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, invoicing, payments, accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure accurate financial and operational reporting, including reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, KPIs and management reports.
• Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for the CEO.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses for new products, partnerships, markets and investments.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and scalability across the business.
• Define, improve and automate internal processes and financial controls.
