Umicore is seeking a Finance Business Partner Expert to lead financial controlling for Battery Recycling Solutions in Belgium. You will partner with the business unit, translate results into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

You will oversee month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and ensure robust financial controls while promoting data-driven decision making and partnering with senior management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/controlling.
• Strong SAP expertise and excellent Excel knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate month-end closing, revenue recognition, WIP and KPI analysis.
• Lead yearly budgeting and quarterly forecasting with collaboration from multiple teams.
• Ensure MICR compliance and robust internal controls across the function.
• Drive adoption of digital tools (Anaplan, Power BI) and data-driven decision making.
