Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in FIMI and disinformation, supported by academic studies, professional experience, or personal engagement in the field.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to create polished analytical products and critically assess others' work.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of extracting, synthesizing, and prioritizing information from complex, incomplete, or ambiguous data sources.
• Practical experience applying data frameworks within an analytical environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and meet tight deadlines when required.

Responsabilités

• Track the evolving FIMI (Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference) and disinformation landscape, identifying emerging trends, narratives, and tactics across open sources and social media.
• Extract, synthesize, and prioritize relevant information from large and fragmented datasets to develop a coherent intelligence picture.
• Produce high‑quality written analytical products in a variety of formats, ranging from short, time‑sensitive reports to comprehensive threat assessments.
• Review and edit reports and threat assessments produced by fellow analysts, ensuring analytical rigor, accurate sourcing, clarity, consistency, and adherence to established guidelines.
• Provide structured and constructive feedback to analysts to strengthen both their analytical thinking and written communication.
• Ensure the consistent application of analytical and data frameworks across team outputs, identifying and addressing deviations from agreed standards and methodologies.
