FIETSEN WILDIERS in Belgium seeks a motivated bike technician to join our growing family business. You will repair a wide range of bicycles, from city bikes to e-bikes and cargo bikes, and assist with new deliveries and fitting accessories.

You will support the branch manager with administrative tasks such as handling damage and warranty cases, and you will contact customers by phone or email to update them on their bike status. We value proactive teamwork and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Repair a wide range of bicycles, from city and kids' bikes to road bikes, e-bikes and (e-)cargo bikes.
• Assist logistics and sales with processing new deliveries, bike assembly, and selling/installing accessories.
• Support the branch manager with administrative tasks such as handling damage and warranty cases.
• Contact customers by phone or email to inform them about the status of their bike.
• Keep the workshop and shop tidy and well stocked, and proactively contribute to the team's success.
• Attend trainings and courses to sharpen knowledge of bicycle technologies.
