Hortiplan, a thriving brand within the Arvesta family, is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team in Roeselare.

You’ll analyse electrical and mechanical faults in the field, support project development and service/maintenance for greenhouse clients in Belgium, and act as the main contact for customers with advice and sustainable solutions. An induction covers horticultural automation so you can work independently later.

Qualifications

• Qualification in electrical engineering or electromechanics.
• Hands-on work combined with analytical thinking.
• Flexible and able to handle service and installations.
• Technical mindset, precise and perseverant to complete projects.
• Experience in carrying out projects is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch or English.
• Category B driving license.
• Team spirit and responsibility.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in the field.
• Help develop new projects and perform service/maintenance for greenhouse clients in Belgium.
• Be the point of contact for customers, offering advice and sustainable solutions.
• Draft and design electrical cabinets and schematics as needed.
• During induction, learn technologies in horticultural automation to work independently later.
