Job summary

Mabo Engineering&Automation NV is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician for our Lier and/or Vianen locations. You will install, service, and repair automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and related equipment at customer sites, while maintaining clear documentation and reporting on repairs and maintenance.

You work largely independently, build professional customer relations, and may identify service-based sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with technological progress.
• Strong basic knowledge of mechanical techniques.
• Customer-oriented with professional client interaction.
• Precise and results-driven.
• Technical education or relevant experience required.
• Fluent Dutch spoken.
• Valid driving license B.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, maintenance and repairs at customer sites for AGVs and related machinery.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot on-site and provide service solutions.
• Keep accurate service documentation and report inspections and repairs.
• Report potential service-related sales opportunities to the backoffice.
• Communicate effectively with customers and backoffice staff; often work independently.
