A leading technology company in Oostende, Belgium is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will ensure optimal usage of products by customers. Responsibilities include performing maintenance, providing technical training, and assisting with commissioning. Ideal candidates will have experience with AUV, USV, or MIDS products and possess troubleshooting skills. This role requires a technical degree and offers the opportunity to work closely with customers in both factory and onsite environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with AUV, USV, or MIDS products.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Skilled in providing technical training.

Responsabilités

• Ensure optimal usage of products by customers.
• Provide service and maintenance manuals.
• Support customers with commissioning of products.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support commercial demonstrations if necessary.
