TOMRA Food is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the EMEA North service team, reporting to the Field Service Team Leader. You will install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites with a strong safety mindset and a focus on minimal downtime.

You will travel frequently across the EMEA region (up to 80%), support customers with training, and collaborate with service, engineering, and sales teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• Mechanical education or proven practical experience in mechanical field service.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Field Service Engineer.
• Experience with mechanical systems and basic electrical controls desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Support customers with training and best practices for daily operation.
• Document service activities and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and sales to ensure quality customer experience.
