TOMRA Food is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the EMEA North service team in Belgium. You will install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites, diagnose mechanical issues, and ensure minimal downtime while adapting to on-site needs.

You will travel up to 80% across EMEA, collaborate with service, engineering and sales teams, provide training, and document activities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Good command of English (others a plus).
• Comfortable working in industrial environments and adapting to customer needs on-site.
• Mechanical education or proven field service experience.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electromechanical issues; minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Provide training and share best practices for daily machine operation.
