Everllence in Antwerpen seeks a hands-on Field Service Engineer for 2-stroke marine engines. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to enhance vessel performance and support our global service team.

The role requires 3+ years on 2-stroke engines, independent work, and travel across Europe. Fluency in English is essential; own transport and EU passport preferred. Competitive salary and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• You are a qualified marine engineer or field service technician with at least 3 years of maintenance on 2-stroke engines.
• You have a technical training/background with knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems.
• You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• You can work under time pressure and you have excellent technical and commercial skills.
• You are service oriented, a team player and flexible.
• You have a good command of the English language (spoken and written).
• You are able to travel often and at short notice in Europe (valid driver’s license + EU passport).
• You are living in the Antwerpen region and in possession of your own transport.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out maintenance and repair on 2-stroke engines on site.
• Lead service technicians for maintenances, commissioning, performance tests, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Carry out planned, unplanned, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis.
• Implement tasks as part of maintenance of 2-stroke engines.
• Installation, implementation and troubleshooting of field services.
• Independently completes tasks and sub packages.
• Provide operational support in all project stages.
• Implement HSE standards in maintenance activities.
• Identify spare parts requirements for maintenance activities.
• Analyze maintenance data and suggest improvements.
