Just Russel is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to drive direct sales at events across Belgium. This freelance role involves hands-on selling of pet food subscriptions alongside ambassadors, with a focus on performance and brand standards.

The position requires weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) and a commitment of 1-2 days per week, with travel across Belgium and ownership of on-site event operations. A driver’s license is essential.

• Proven sales experience in a D2C environment is a strong plus.
• Performance-driven with targets to achieve.
• Experience in events planning, booking, and execution.
• Hands-on, energetic, and willing to own field responsibilities.
• Driver's license required and able to travel across Belgium.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
