ThoughtLabs Belgium is seeking an experienced operations/management professional with apparel/footwear and fashion retail exposure. You should have 5+ years' relevant experience, strong data analysis, KPI management and process optimization skills, plus ERP/CRM familiarity. Dutch and English fluency is required; French is a plus.

The role is onsite with hybrid flexibility at our Oudenaarde offices. We offer a company car with fuel/charge card, meal vouchers and group insurance; interviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Operations or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an operations or management role.
• Experience with data analysis, KPI management and process optimisation.
• Experience with AI applications and automation projects is a strong asset.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
