Puig Deutschland GmbH seeks a Controller Executive to drive robust financial control and provide timely insights to support decision-making. The role collaborates across finance and business teams to optimize margins and capital allocation.

You will lead budgeting, month-end closings, and P&L analysis, reporting to the Finance Director and HQ. A strong analytical mindset and autonomy are essential in this fast-paced, fashion- and beauty-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial controlling position.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong business acumen and curiosity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to operate autonomously while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting aligned with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate budgets and forecasts, monitor variances and define corrective actions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings with accurate reporting.
• Analyze P&L performance vs. budget and prior year; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Maintain control over margins, staff costs, OPEX, working capital and CAPEX.
• Deliver structured reporting and financial insights to local management and HQ.
• Partner with business stakeholders to assess financial impact of initiatives.
• Support financial presentations, audits, and internal controls with HQ Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
