CHANEL in Knokke is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service on the boutique floor, building lasting relationships and upholding CHANEL standards. You will drive sales and nurture a luxurious, personalized journey for every client, using in-depth product knowledge and a service mindset.

You will maximize every sales opportunity, create brand loyalty through trusted client care, and collaborate with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of shop floor experience in luxury/fashion
• RTW experience is a strong asset
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury

Responsabilités

• Maximise all sales opportunities while maintaining CHANEL standards
• Create strong client relationships and brand loyalty through excellent service and product knowledge
• Provide prompt, warm, and courteous service to all clients
• Establish and maintain client relationships through thoughtful outreach
• Offer relevant after-sales care and information on events and new collections
• Participate in training to uphold high selling skills and product knowledge

In the position of Fashion Advisor, you will maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. You will create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. You have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and are a brand ambassador of the highest order.

• acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge (RTW) and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
• lead the development of new customers, converting walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand

• establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
• offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections

Position Requirements:

• Successful shop floor experience of at least 3 years in luxury environment/Fashion
• RTW experience will be considered a strong asset
• Passion for client experience, fashion and luxury
• You are a self‑driven, positive, and independent person
• You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Living in or around Knokke and full‑time available from March to December 2027
