Zymofix NV is a dynamic scale-up dedicated to sustainable microbial products for agriculture. The role centers on relocation management, site growth, and ensuring smooth transfer of operations to a new industrial site.

You will build and maintain the 7,000 m2 production and office space, coordinate preventive maintenance, implement robust security, and guide the demo plant construction with engineers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or construction projects preferred.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead relocation and expansion planning for the new site.
• Oversee building and asset maintenance across production and office spaces.
• Implement security systems including access control and alarms.
• Coordinate demo plant construction with engineers and contractors.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment with production on maintenance planning.
