Qualifications

• Sterke communicatie-, relatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
• Vloeiend in Engels; extra talen vormen een plus
• Bereidheid tot internationale reizen

Responsabilités

• Ondersteunen van de implementatie van export- en internationale zakelijke ontwikkelingsstrategieën voor toegewezen regio's
• Identificeren, prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe business opportunities met distributeurs, retailers en internationale partners
• Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met bestaande klanten en distributienetten
• Deelnemen aan commerciële onderhandelingen en ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding van contractuele en prijsafspraken
• Coördineren met supply chain, logistiek, klantendienst en finance voor soepele orderverwerking en tijdige leveringen
• Analyseren van markttrends, concurrentieactiviteiten en sectorontwikkelingen om groeikansen te identificeren
• Voorbereiden van verkoopprognoses, marktanalyses en prestatieverslagen
• Representeren van het bedrijf op internationale beurzen, tentoonstellingen en klantafspraken

Export Manager - Experience in Toy Sector MANDATORY

The Export Manager will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

• Support the implementation of export and international business development strategies across assigned territories.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and international partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and distribution networks.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and support the preparation of contractual and pricing agreements.
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Profiel

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in Toy Sector (mandatory)
• Good understanding of export processes, international trade regulations, and commercial documentation.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
