Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg seeks an Experienced Tax Advisor or Lawyer to join a team of tax and legal professionals. You will work on a variety of tax cases under senior guidance and help deliver high-value advice to international clients.

The role involves drafting and reviewing documents, performing tax research, meeting with clients, and contributing to knowledge sharing in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in law or economics (Master 1 or 2), LL.M preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional tax experience in Luxembourg.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong listening, analytical skills and teamwork.

Experienced Tax Advisor or Lawyer

You will join a team of highly skilled tax and legal professionals who are experts in their fields.

You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of tax cases under the guidance of senior team members.

Your role:

• Drafting and reviewing documents and contracts;
• Conducting legal & tax research;
• Participating in meetings and/or conference calls with clients to discuss their projects;
• Following up on client requests and drafting opinions and documents under the supervision of the partner in charge;
• Becoming rapidly involved in the knowledge sharing;
• Our international client base will allow you to work on diversified cases in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree in law or economics (Master 1 or 2), ideally completed by an LL.M degree in an English speaking country;
• You have gained a minimum of 3 years of professional experience within the fields of Tax in Luxembourg;
• You are fluent in English, and French. German would be an asset;
• You have proven listening skills and analytical rigor which enable you to gain the trust of internal and external contact persons;
• You are open-minded, dynamic, flexible, and capable of working in a team in an organized and independent manner.
