Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced NMR scientist for Discovery & Pre-Clinical/Clinical Development. You will design, set up, and apply advanced NMR experiments to address structural questions and peptide characterization, integrating qNMR and automated workflows.

You will collaborate across teams, contribute to digitalization of NMR activities, and support continuous improvement. The role offers a competitive base pay range in Belgium, with benefits and a yearly bonus.

Job Description:

Design, set up, and apply advanced and complex NMR experiments to address challenging analytical questions like structure confirmation and elucidation. Peptides characterization, including higher-order structure and interactions with small molecules such as absorption enhancers. Apply quantitative NMR (qNMR) and further develop automated NMR workflows. Integrate NMR spectroscopy with data analysis, automation, and digital methodologies. Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of NMR-based analytical activities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €60 000,00 - €96 255,00

• An annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
