Job summary

Swift, the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, seeks a Senior Manager – Technology and Operational Risk Reporting in the United Kingdom. You will lead monthly ICT/Operational risk reporting to Executive Management, delivering clear insights and dashboards and ensuring alignment with the organisation’s risk framework.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Cyber Security and Compliance to drive data quality, reporting automation and governance, while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology and Operational Risk reporting for banking/financial services.
• Ability to prepare executive/board-level reporting with clear insights.
• Strong data analytics, governance and risk-metric development.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly Operational and ICT risk reporting to executive management and governance forums.
• Provide analysis on risk trends, drivers and material issues.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; ensure alignment with risk framework.
• Coordinate across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security and business functions.
• Support regulatory reporting and governance through automation and data quality.
