Job summary

Octave, Ghent-based provider of mission-critical software for asset lifecycle, seeks an Executive Manager, Global Enablement to lead a team delivering compelling customer-facing content that drives adoption and value realization.

You will coach sales enablement consultants, develop scalable enablement plans aligned to GTM strategy, and partner with cross-functional leadership to plan and execute programs. This is a hybrid role based in Belgium with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field is desired.
• 2-5 years’ experience in design & construction technology training or technical marketing.
• Knowledge of AEC, Civil survey, and Manufacturing industries.
• Expert hands-on knowledge of 2D, 3D and collaboration technology toolsets (Bricsys, Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault, etc).
• Ability to demonstrate value-driven workflows in Bricsys software for AEC & Mechanical industries.
• Knowledge of sales toolkits.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and time management skills.
