argenx is seeking an Executive Director of Medical Affairs and Evidence Generation (MA&EG) Asset Lead to provide expert medical insights for indication selection, target product profile development, and clinical development plans across the ARGX-121 program.

The role partners with science, clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial teams to optimize lifecycle management from development to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MA&EG strategies for clinical assets.
• Ability to develop and implement medical strategies across asset lifecycles.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (science, clinical development, medical affairs, and commercial).

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic guidance for ARGX-121 Asset Strategy Team with input from regional MA&EG teams to guide development and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Science, Clinical Development, MA&EG, and Commercial teams to support lifecycle deliverables from development through commercialization.
• Develop and execute integrated evidence generation plans throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the MA&EG community and partner with colleagues to execute medical strategies via publications, advisory boards, and congress activities.
• As the molecule progresses, hire and manage indication leads.
• Contribute to MA&EG leadership team and align strategies with argenx Vision 2030.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
