Odoo is seeking an Event & Communication Officer to coordinate Odoo Academy events and other business shows in a flexible, hybrid role based in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. The position offers 38 hours per week, with 2 days of home-working and flexible hours.

You will engage with clients, manage logistics, venue prep and materials, and act as the friendly face representing Odoo Academy. A two-year path to broader internal opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Work permit for Belgium.
• Highly creative, autonomous and with a can-do attitude.
• Business knowledge and willingness to learn more about business.
• Solution-oriented with strong organizational and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Odoo Academy events from A to Z to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Assist in organizing Business Shows, afterwork events and product demonstrations.
• Support day-to-day event operations, logistics, and process improvements.
