Virya Energy N.V. seeks a Freelance Project & Operations Manager to drive heavy-duty charging initiatives within Entent. You will identify sites, build robust business cases, and lead projects from feasibility to FID, coordinating engineering partners and permits.

You will ensure asset performance, manage SLAs, liaise with stakeholders, and apply your startup‑style drive and network in e-mobility and energy sectors from a Belgium base.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project development and management.
• Experience coordinating engineering partners, permitting, and milestones.
• Strong understanding of asset development, regulatory requirements, and financial viability.
• Network within e-mobility, EPCs, logistics, real estate, or authorities is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Belgium residence and work permit required.

Responsabilités

• Identify and evaluate charging infrastructure opportunities via site assessments.
• Develop technical concepts and translate into robust business cases.
• Lead development projects from feasibility to FID, coordinating partners and milestones.
• Ensure performance of charging assets and software platforms; manage SLAs and incidents.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders and shareholders; coordinate communication.
• Demonstrate understanding of asset development, technical design, regulatory requirements and timelines.
• Assess technical feasibility and commercial potential of new sites; leverage startup experience.
