Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Technical Manager Roofing Europe to own the technical product management interface for a portfolio of flat roofing system components across Europe. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain to shape the portfolio, support launches and provide practical installation guidance.

The role requires strong roofing/building envelope expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to travel up to 40% within Europe.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Physics, Architecture, Materials Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years’ experience in roofing, waterproofing, insulation or building envelope.
Experience developing technically complex opportunities and working with sites, engineers or contractors.

Responsibilities

Own the technical interface and lead product management for Roofing System Components.
Guide applications, installations and after‑sales support for contractors and customers.
Shape portfolio strategy using market insights and regulatory trends.
Develop technical content, training and documentation for internal and external audiences.
