Obelis Group in Brussels offers a full-time paid internship in Regulatory Affairs for 12 months, with potential career growth after completion. You will gain hands-on experience with EU directives, product classifications, and EU applications, while supporting the regulatory and scientific teams and participating in Obelis events.

The role requires an EU work permit, a relevant Bachelor/Master degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• EU work permit is required.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in EU or national administration is an asset.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Gain knowledge on EU legislation and notification procedures while providing high-level client service.
• Perform administrative tasks in the Regulatory department at a high level; classify products and review documentation.
• Process EU applications (Notifications, registrations, GMDN, FSC) and respond to queries from EU authorities.
• Follow up on tasks and support regulatory and scientific research.
• Contribute to ISO implementation and assist the Unit as needed.
• Participate in Obelis events and provide ad-hoc assistance.
