Bentley Systems in Brussels, Belgium (remote) seeks a Manager EU Government Relations to support the Senior Director EU Government Relations in developing and managing relationships with policymakers at EU and national levels.

You will help ensure EU public policy supports sustainable growth in Europe and Bentley remains a trusted partner to policymakers, with a focus on digitalization of infrastructure including energy and mining topics.

Qualifications

Four to seven years of government relations work in Brussels.
Experience leading engagements with EU policymakers.
Strong knowledge of EU political and legislative process.
Understanding of digital policy in energy infrastructure.
Excellent writing and analytical skills.
Ability to deepen knowledge of EU funding programs.
Team player with integrity and accountability.
Master's degree in law, public policy, political science or similar.
Fluency in English and at least one other EU language.

Responsabilités

Represent Bentley in policy debates and regulatory developments at EU and national level.
Monitor horizontal policy topics impacting Bentley’s business (AI, cybersecurity, procurement, data).
Lead Government Relations advocacy in one EU market at EU level.
Manage and execute public policy projects; coordinate stakeholder meetings.
Represent Bentley in trade associations and events; advance objectives.
Produce government relations content: presentations, one-pagers, papers.
Brief and advise Bentley colleagues on EU policy matters as needed.
