Flint Global’s GMIA Europe team seeks Consultants/Senior Consultants and Managers to support financial services clients across Europe with public policy, regulation and commercial strategy.

Based in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam or Berlin, you will work with senior team members, travel to Flint offices as needed, and contribute to developing Flint's European business while delivering high‑quality policy analysis and client proposals.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the current EU financial services policy landscape and how policy decisions are taken.
• Interest in EU public policy and/or politics.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written communication skills, with proven ability to draft clear documents for internal and external audiences with varying degrees of expert knowledge.
• Outstanding oral communication skills, including the ability to distil varied information and communicate complex issues to non-specialists.
• Good organisational skills including the capacity to prioritise, plan and schedule complex tasks proactively, and to comfortably work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• The ability to provide effective support to colleagues in building relationships, e.g. through insightful research and briefings, delivering proposals/pitches, providing initial drafts and research as required.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy.
• Support financial institutions to navigate, prioritise and engage with expansive sectoral regulation.
• Collaborate with senior team members across Flint to develop and implement strategy for European clients.
• Travel to Flint’s European offices as required to support client work and business development.
