NALA is looking for an EU AMLCO based in Brussels, Belgium. This critical role involves owning the EU AML/CFT framework, ensuring compliance with AMLD5/6, and managing relationships with National Competent Authorities. You will lead regulatory interactions and develop comprehensive risk assessments that align with EU requirements.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in AML legislation and previous experience in a similar role at a regulated institution. Benefits include 35 days off, enhanced parental leave, and a learning budget.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of EU AML/CFT legislation, including AMLD4/5/6 and EBA guidelines.
• Experience as designated AMLCO or Head of Compliance at an EU-regulated institution.
• Track record of managing relationships with National Competent Authorities.

Responsabilités

• Own NALA's EU AML/CFT framework, ensuring compliance with AMLD5/6.
• Serve as the Management Level AMLCO, guiding regulatory interactions.
• Develop and maintain Business-Wide Risk Assessments.
