Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site to oversee SAP ECC to ERP transformation, including migrating to a new ERP solution and managing the European public procurement process for selecting the ERP software and partner.

The role is on-site within Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, offering broad exposure to multi-project environments, change management, and governance practices across client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT transformation projects and ERP migrations.
• Expert in SAP ECC to ERP transformations including migration and process standardization.
• Experience with European public procurement for ERP solutions.
• Proficient in PRINCE2 and agile/waterfall project management.
• Strong knowledge of M365 tools.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana.
• Test management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation of SAP ECC to the future ERP, including migration, transition and process standardization.
• Define and manage European public procurement to select ERP software and implementation partner.
• Oversee project tracking in scope, plan, resources and budget with risk & issue management.
• Implement comprehensive test management per client methodology.
• Organize change management with business and the Change Management unit, ensuring end-user training.
• Support PMO for systematic project tracking (PSR) and capacity, budget & timeline management.
• Establish project governance with Jira and TOPdesk and align with client expectations.
