Universal Engraving, Inc. is seeking an Epicor ERP Specialist to partner with operations and maximize our ERP system. The role reports to the IT Director and works closely with the Sr. ERP Specialist; it is on-site at our Gent facility.

You will gather requirements, participate in testing and training, provide Tier 1 ERP support, and help produce ad hoc and monthly reports across Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, training, installing, and upgrading ERP systems.
• Experience configuring permissions and user security in ERP systems.
• Experience in configuring ERP for company needs and reporting.
• Proficiency with SQL Server tools and reporting (SSRS, Report Builder).

Responsabilités

• Support, configure, and optimize the Epicor ERP system for operations.
• Gather requirements from Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production; participate in testing and training.
• Provide Tier 1 ERP user configuration and support; generate ad hoc and monthly reports.

Description

With over 40 years in business, UEI® Group Services is a world leader in the manufacturing and supply of engraved products and associated supplies such as hot, cold, and digital stamping foils. Our business services the Graphic Arts Industry with facilities and operations located worldwide. As part of our manufacturing operations, we are looking for an Epicor ERP Specialist that can partner with operations to maximize our ERP system.

We need a team member with the skills to maximize our Epicor ERP system. The position reports to the IT Director and also works in tandem with the Sr. ERP Specialist. The position will be on-site. The candidate has 3+ years experience supporting ERP applications. This person will be interacting with representatives of departments like Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production as needed to gather requirements, participate in testing and training. The position will also provide Tier 1 support with ERP user configuration and support. The position will be responsible for the production of some adhoc and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Experience supporting, training, installing, upgrading the ERP system.


• Experience in the ERP system establishing permissions, security and other user configurations.


• Experience in the ERP system configuring and customizing for the specific needs of the company.


• Microsoft SQL Experience: SQL Queries, T-SQL, Stored procedures, Report Builder, SSRS.


• Microsoft SQL DB administration experience is a plus.


• Basic skills for working with networked equipment, pc administration and printer configurations.


• Experience with Microsoft C#, JSON and REST is a plus.


• Crystal Reports experience is a plus.


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience required.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related degree or equivalent experience, please submit copy of diploma along with resume if applicable.
