Resultance is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations and support clients in digital transformation across Belgium and Luxembourg.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least five years of ERP project management experience, with strong knowledge of ERP modules (Odoo a plus) and fluent English/French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management.
• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and its core modules; Odoo is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope.
• Design functional and technical solutions on Odoo.
• Lead projects end-to-end (planning, budget, resources, risks).
• Coordinate stakeholders (consultants, developers, clients).
• Build, configure, develop and integrate ERP components.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a ERP Project Manager, ready to lead complex ERP implementations and support our clients in their digital transformation journey.

You play a key role at the crossroads of business and technology, driving impactful transformation projects:

• STRUCTURE: Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope
• DESIGN: Build functional and technical solutions on Odoo
• DELIVER: Lead projects end-to-end (planning, budget, resources, risks)
• COORDINATE: Align and manage project stakeholders (consultants, developers, clients)
• BUILD: Oversee configuration, development, and integration phases
• ENSURE QUALITY: Guarantee deliverables meet client expectations
• COMMUNICATE: Provide clear and structured project updates
• IMPROVE: Identify continuous improvement opportunities in client processes
• GROW: Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management
• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles
• Strong knowledge of any ERP and its core modules (knowing Odoo is a strong asset)
• Solid understanding of business processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Production…)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in complex environments
• Autonomous, structured, and accountable
• Comfortable working in demanding and fast-evolving contexts
