Resultance is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations with a focus on Odoo. You will steer projects end-to-end, coordinate consultants, developers, and clients, and ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with business goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in ERP project management, with fluency in English and French. It offers opportunities across Belgium and Luxembourg in a dynamic, growth-minded consulting group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP project management experience.
• Proven ERP implementation experience across full cycles.
• Strong knowledge of ERP modules; Odoo is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English and French; excellent communication.
• Able to translate business needs into concrete solutions.

• STRUCTURE: Analyze business needs and define ERP project scope

• Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management
• Proven experience across full ERP implementation cycles
• Strong knowledge of any ERP and its core modules (knowing Odoo is a strong asset)
• Solid understanding of business processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Production…)
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete solutions
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in complex environments
• Autonomous, structured, and accountable
• Comfortable working in demanding and fast-evolving contexts
