ERM in Antwerp seeks a driven Consultant for the Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team. You will work on site investigation, risk assessment and remediation projects across Belgium and abroad.

You will collaborate with international teams, manage fieldwork, prepare technical reports and coordinate with clients and regulators, while prioritizing safety and budget adherence. Requirements include a BSc/MSc in environmental sciences, 3–7 years in environmental consultancy,

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental discipline (BSc/MSc).
• 3–7 years of environmental consultancy or remediation project experience.
• Fluent in English; native Flemish/Dutch; French a plus.
• Strong health & safety awareness for field work.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 nights per assignment.

Responsabilités

• Lead site investigation and remediation projects in Belgium and beyond.
• Coordinate fieldwork and subsurface sampling; manage subcontractors and labs.
• Prepare technical reports, remediation plans and bid documents.
• Liaise with clients, regulators and project stakeholders to ensure objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, with safe practices.
