Cohere is seeking Software Engineers with Applied AI to design, build, and deploy agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models. You will deliver production-grade AI agents, integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, and data sources for enterprise workflows.

You will collaborate with customers on real-world problems, ensuring agents are reliable, observable, safe, and auditable from day one. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building production-grade software in Python.
• Experience deploying high-performance RAG and agentic apps.
• Familiarity with frontier models, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to build robust evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, safety and latency.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating needs into technical specs.

Responsabilités

• Translate high-value business problems into well-framed agentic workflows with clear success criteria.
• Lead design, build, and delivery of LLM-powered agents across tools, APIs and data sources.
• Build and ship features for North across the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Own end-to-end use-case scoping and shape, including frontend work when needed.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns for consistent delivery across customers.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and raise engineering quality across the org.
• Travel up to 20–40% to work on-site with customers and partners.
