• Experience shaping direction beyond a single product or technology domain.
• Ability to translate strategy into architecture with credible trade-offs and decision rationale.
• Proven track record in multi-domain enterprise settings and governance.
• Experience contributing to Design Authority governance and communicating complex architecture choices clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own and evolve Gaming1's Enterprise Capability Map and Target Architecture.
• Define architecture principles, guardrails, and decision criteria for autonomous yet coherent teams.
• Shape evolution of distributed architecture, including domain boundaries, interaction models, and coupling.
• Build transformation roadmaps bridging Current and Target Architecture with explicit sequencing and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to align architectural decisions with business strategy.
