Aegis Vision is seeking an experienced enterprise architect to deliver outcomes within the ACaT framework and drive the integration of Reference Architectures into AIDA.

The role focuses on interoperability modelling, ArchiMate-based architecture work, and alignment with NATO EA policy. Candidates should have a strong track record in strategic stakeholder engagement and IT governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience
• Experience with TOGAF and ArchiMate
• Experience in NATO or similar environments (desirable)
• Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Understanding of NATO data & AI strategies (desirable)
• Strong strategic thinking, networking, and stakeholder management skills

Duties & Role:

• Lead and support architecture sprints
• Prepare and coordinate ACaT meetings and documentation
• Develop interoperability models and architecture artefacts
• Analyse and align architectures with NATO EA policy

• Produce architecture artefacts, reports, and reusable models

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience
• Strong experience with:
  • TOGAF and ArchiMate
  • Interoperability modelling / integration design
  • Data-centric architecture
  • Architecture modelling tools (Sparx, ARIS, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in process analysis, gap analysis, design
• Experience in NATO or similar environments (desirable)
• Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Understanding of NATO data & AI strategies (desirable)
• Strong strategic thinking, networking, and stakeholder management skills
