Allianz Benelux is seeking a Head of AI Strategy & Transformation to define and drive the enterprise AI agenda. You will own the AI strategy, operate model, and transformation program, bridging business priorities with AI capabilities across the Benelux region and Allianz Group.

You will engage with the Executive Committee and senior leaders, shape the AI roadmap, ensure governance, and lead adoption of AI technologies in a large multinational insurer.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and delivering enterprise AI strategies.
• Led large-scale AI transformation programs across functions.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are assets.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap with measurable business value.
• Lead organization-wide AI adoption, literacy, change management and capability building.
• Own AI product portfolio from use case discovery to industrialization and value realization.
• Coordinate with Allianz Group and Benelux priorities to ensure alignment.
