Job summary

Accenture Belgium invites an experienced Lead or Principal AI Architect to serve as the definitive technical authority on AI architecture across client engagements and the practice. You will own end-to-end architecture for advanced AI platforms, spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems, aligned with business objectives and enterprise-grade standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience designing & deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML on at least one cloud vendor.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the LLM and Generative AI space.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting and operationalizing LLM-driven application architecture patterns.
• Minimum of 6 years in engineering, machine learning, deep learning and NLP solutions; 6+ years as a machine architect in large-scale analytics.

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise AI strategy with CIOs, CTOs and business leaders; translate goals into a sequenced technical vision.
• Lead enterprise AI assessments and roadmaps to sequence investments for competitive advantage.
• Own end-to-end AI platform architecture and ensure alignment to business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Define memory, agents, and tool/skill usage with governance and a registry-bound AI Gateway.
• Set standards for high-throughput inference and productionizing ML within unified platforms.
• Produce architecture artifacts (ADR, reference architectures, data flow diagrams) for scale and governance.
• Lead cross-domain collaboration among domain architects and specialists to deliver an enterprise-ready system.
• Represent the firm externally through publications, conferences, and client advisory work.
