Allianz Benelux is seeking an AI Architect to define and drive the AI architecture strategy across the organization. You will bridge business goals with technology capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure and compliant AI solutions.

You will collaborate with business leaders, data experts and IT teams to design enterprise-grade AI platforms, govern implementations, and align with regulatory requirements while promoting responsible AI and platform reuse.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture, AI platforms or advanced analytics environments
• Proven track record designing enterprise-scale AI or data-driven solutions, including conceptual data modelling and ontology design
• Experience with data-intensive processes in large organizations and delivering BI, AI or advanced analytics initiatives
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, integration patterns, and platform strategies; knowledge of AI governance, security and regulatory requirements

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the AI architecture framework, including principles and target-state architecture
• Translate business use cases into end-to-end AI architecture designs aligned with standards
• Design scalable, reusable AI solutions selecting suitable platforms and components
• Collaborate with business, data, IT, and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery
• Drive AI platform and vendor strategy decisions balancing scalability, speed to market and cost
• Promote adoption of enterprise AI platforms and services across the organization
• Contribute to AI governance and Design Authority processes by reviewing designs
• Ensure Responsible AI, data privacy, security and regulatory compliance
• Provide architecture leadership from ideation to deployment and improvement
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and Allianz initiatives to strengthen maturity
