Job summary

Big Industries is expanding its Data & AI expertise and seeks an Enterprise AI Architect to design secure, scalable, production-ready AI architectures that integrate with enterprise environments while ensuring data ownership and governance.

You will work on GenAI applications, AI agents, and hybrid architectures, shaping our enterprise AI practice and collaborating with customers and engineering teams to deliver practical, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing GenAI applications, RAG solutions and AI agents.
• Architect AI platforms using modern data platforms, cloud-native tech and open-source frameworks.
• Design sovereign and hybrid AI architectures prioritizing security, portability and control.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, evaluation, monitoring and lifecycle management.

At Big Industries, we're expanding our Data & AI expertise and looking for an experienced Enterprise AI Architect to help organizations turn AI innovation into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions. We believe Enterprise AI goes beyond experimenting with LLMs. It's about building intelligent applications and platforms that integrate seamlessly with enterprise environments while ensuring data ownership, governance and technological independence.

Your role

As an Enterprise AI Architect, you'll design and implement enterprise-grade AI architectures, combining Generative AI, intelligent agents, modern data platforms and cloud-native technologies. You'll work closely with customers and engineering teams while helping shape our growing Enterprise AI practice.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and implement GenAI applications, RAG solutions, AI agents and Machine Learning architectures.
• Architect AI platforms using Databricks, AWS, Kubernetes and open-source technologies.
• Design sovereign and hybrid AI architectures, balancing innovation, security, portability and control.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices for deployment, evaluation, monitoring and lifecycle management.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications, APIs and business processes.
• Define reusable architectural patterns, guide engineers and evaluate emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

You're an experienced Software, Cloud, Data or Solution Architect with a passion for Enterprise AI and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.

Ideally, you bring experience with:

• AI Engineering: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, LangGraph, Python, FastAPI and vector databases.
• AI Platforms: Databricks, MLflow, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker and open-source AI frameworks.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GPU infrastructure and hybrid architectures.
• MLOps / LLMOps: CI/CD, model serving, evaluation, observability and monitoring.
• Digital Sovereignty: Open standards, data residency, portability, security and vendor independence. Experience with European cloud providers such as OVHcloud, Scaleway or IONOS is a plus.

You don't need to master every technology. What matters most is your ability to translate complex requirements into practical, production-ready AI solutions.
