Cochlear Technology Centre Belgium is seeking an Engineering Manager, ASIC, to lead a high-performing ASIC team and shape the technology roadmap for Cochlear's future products. As Engineering Manager, ASIC, you will lead a team responsible for delivering ASIC technologies that sit at the heart of Cochlear's future products. You will build team capability, guide technology direction, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure ASIC solutions are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Working closely with Architecture, Hardware, Firmware, Software, Quality, and external development partners, you will play an important role in bringing innovative technologies from concept into real-world products that improve hearing outcomes for people around the world.
You are an experienced engineering leader who combines strong technical credibility with a passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. For candidates with degrees obtained outside Belgium, a formal recognition process may be required as part of the hiring journey. Support will be provided.
