Jobgether, a partner company, seeks an Engineering Manager in Belgium to lead a high-performing engineering team in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will blend technical leadership with people management, guiding delivery with Product, Design, and leadership while maintaining quality as the team scales.

You will own sprint planning, mentor engineers, tackle risks early, and contribute to hiring and onboarding as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in engineering leadership or management.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions and guide decisions.
• Hands-on with Bubble.io or familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience delivering software in agile environments with sprint planning and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience with AWS Lambda is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers is a plus.
• Experience with APIs, CRM integrations, or partner ecosystems is beneficial.
• Background in B2B SaaS, especially partner relationship management, is a plus.

• Support the hiring and onboarding of new engineering talent as the team expands.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager based in Belgium.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of a high-performing engineering team in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
You will combine technical leadership with people management, staying close enough to the work to guide decisions and maintain engineering quality.
Working closely with Product, Design, and senior engineering leadership, you will turn priorities into clear plans and reliable delivery.
You will help the team identify risks early, remove bottlenecks, and balance speed with long-term technical stability.
The role offers meaningful ownership over engineering execution while providing a clear path toward broader engineering leadership.
You will also contribute to hiring, onboarding, team development, and the evolution of engineering practices as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an engineering leadership or management position.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to lead technical discussions, evaluate engineering decisions, and provide meaningful technical guidance without needing to code every day.
• Hands-on experience with Bubble.io or strong familiarity with no-code and low-code development platforms.
• Proven experience managing software delivery in an agile environment, including sprint planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
• A consultative, solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to surface challenges early and propose thoughtful approaches.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with AWS Lambda or comparable cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare products such as Workers and bindings is a plus.
• Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, or partner technology ecosystems is beneficial.
• Background in B2B SaaS, particularly partner relationship management or adjacent technology categories, is a plus.
