Rockwell Automation is seeking a post-sales engineering specialist to own escalations and drive fast, effective resolutions for OEMs in the EMEA region. You will work with Technical Consultants, Architects, and field teams to reproduce issues, collect data, and deliver clear scope of work.

The role involves travel to customer sites, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing learning to stay current with Rockwell Automation technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Experience providing post-sales technical support and issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Own escalations and drive to quick resolution with clear communication.
• Support Technical Consultants and engage Technical Architects when needed.
• Reproduce and resolve customer issues at local Rockwell facilities.
• Travel to customer sites for data collection and issue resolution.
• Document knowledge capture and success stories to improve processes.
• Coordinate with Quality, Customer Care, GOTC and Product Management to form virtual teams.
