The ideal candidate will have a BSc in life sciences or engineering, with at least five years of experience in quality and compliance within a regulated environment like pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO standards, leading audits, and mentoring team members. This role is on-site in Antwerp, Belgium, requiring regular travel to various locations across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in quality/compliance in engineering or facilities management.
• Experience in GMP environment in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Experience in investigations, change control, and CAPAs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and cGxP requirements.
• Lead quality documentation and training compliance in the sub-region.
• Act as the contact for quality-related audits and client interfaces.
