The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, alongside over 5 years of automotive experience, particularly in embedded validation. Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive experience.
• Strong embedded SW/HW validation experience.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage.
• Experience in technically leading a team.

Responsabilités

• Define the embedded validation approach.
• Evaluate and determine the appropriate validation level required.
• Create and maintain key validation documentation.
• Ensure the execution of validation activities aligned with the test plan.
• Review and sign off validation results at key milestones.
• Translate abstract testing requirements into concrete test requests.
• Coordinate and perform data analysis and reporting for development tests.
• Build and maintain knowledge of testing facilities across Europe.
