Sphere Defense, a Brussels-based startup building autonomous countermeasures for aerial threats, seeks an embedded software engineer with strong Linux/Yocto experience. You will design and test high‑performance software for sensing, processing and actuation on flying systems, and help bring up boards with the hardware team.
You will implement robust software, optimize data and ML pipelines, and contribute to CI/CD and QA. English communication is essential; French or Dutch are a plus.

You are an experienced and highly-motivated Embedded Software Engineer, Robotics that has worked with robotics Embedded Linux Systems on MPUs and is experienced with building highly reliable embedded, mission-critical systems. Ideally, you have worked with flying robots.
