Bimona is seeking an Embedded Software Developer to join its R&D team in Belgium. You will work on developing and optimizing embedded software for innovative automation solutions and contribute to a modern software platform for robotics systems.

This role involves designing and extending embedded applications, applying Model-Based Design, and ensuring high reliability and performance through rigorous testing and debugging. Dutch and English communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems or a similar technical field.
• Strong experience with C/C++ in embedded or realtime environments.
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink or Model-Based Design is a plus.
• Good written and spoken Dutch and English.

• Develop and optimize embedded software for automation solutions.
• Contribute to modernization of an embedded software platform.
• Design, expand and optimize embedded applications.
• Work with a modern software environment using C/C++, and explore new technologies.
• Contribute to new software architectures with a focus on Model-Based Design.
• Analyze, test, and debug software to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different technical disciplines to create integrated solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support to internal users and occasional travel to international locations.
