Infratech, part of Netceed, is seeking an expert embedded software engineer to join the Thimister-Clermont team. You will drive development in a Linux environment, work on microcontroller based projects, and provide support and planning with clients.

Collaboration with project managers and a focus on quality are essential. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing software components, unit testing, and maintaining documentation across multiple projects in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge/experience in C/C++.
• Experience with Linux development (kernel mods, Yocto, shell).
• Embedded development experience.
• Nice-to-have: Lua, TCL-TK, SQL and familiarity with Modbus, IEC60870, IEC61850.
• Quality-focused, autonomous, able to handle multiple projects.
• Fluent in French and good English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and review product requirements, assess feasibility and proposals.
• Develop new software components or modify existing ones and ensure integration.
• Plan, define and perform unit testing.
• Create or maintain technical documentation.
• Address defects in the defect tracking system.
• Maintain existing applications.
• Coordinate with clients for support and planning.
