ELSYS Design is launching a Brussels hub and seeks a Business Engineer to spearhead this debut. You will recruit embedded engineers, secure new clients, and shape the local strategy with full intrapreneurial responsibility, backed by the group’s technical and sales ecosystem.

You will lead talent and projects, build the local team, and drive a sustainable growth plan while reporting to the ADVANS Group framework and aligning with Belgium market needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
• Fluent English is required; French is a major plus; Dutch is an added bonus.
• First experience as a Business Engineer in Belgium is expected.

Responsabilités

• Talent sourcing and recruitment for embedded systems and electronics roles.
• Identify, contact, and close new client accounts across Belgium.
• Deepen relationships with clients and understand their roadmaps.
• Lead people and projects, fostering team growth.
• Drive continuous improvement and quality in delivery.
• Contribute to and execute the commercial strategy; scale the Brussels unit.
