VeroTech is seeking an Industrialisation Manager Electronics in Belgium to transform prototypes into production-ready products for defense-grade standards. You will oversee prototyping, industrialization, assembly and testing, while sourcing components, building schedules, and leading multi-national teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in electronic production and industrialization.
• Strong background in power electronics: design, assembly, wiring, layout, and testing.
• Proficiency with ALTIUM (schematics and PCB design).
• Experience with test tools like TestStand and LabVIEW.
• Knowledge of IPC standards: CID / CID+ (design) and IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 (assembly, wiring, testing).
• Comfortable with both manual and automated testing workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the entire production cycle: prototyping, industrialization, assembly, and testing.
• Select and source electronic components, manage specialized procurement, and build realistic schedules.
• Develop test tools (hardware and software) and test benches.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams.
• Apply deep knowledge of IPC standards and handle non-conformities.
• Run both manual and automated tests using tools like LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting (hardware/software).
• Collaborate closely with design teams, even when documentation is incomplete.
• Train and mentor local and international teams.
• Participate in technical meetings and internal/external presentations.
• Support process certifications and production qualification.
